Status of Heroes’ recent contest unclear
Pardon Huntington Heroes coach Garry McPeek if he never wants to see a close play be called to instant replay in the future.
The only words echoing in McPeek’s mind since his team’s 54-41 loss to Canton on Saturday have been ‘Under Review.’
Prior to the game, there was a dispute concerning the Legends roster and the use of illegal players. At that time, McPeek said he would let the league handle it.
That time came Monday when American Indoor Football League President Andrew Haines issued a statement awarding the game to Huntington due to four Canton players being ineligible for the contest....more>>
